Project Prototype: After October Break

Progress:

This week we were focusing on our prototype ideas for our presentation. In a few weeks we will have a working prototype for our group. It will convey what our final project will look like by the end of the year. This week we were brainstorming different ideas for how we would go about making our working prototype. We decided on Monday that an interactive magazine idea would be too broad for our chosen theme and idea therefore, we decided to change our final or prototype to be a campaign. It will include a website that will have a range of different media for example; our interviews and visuals through the use of graphics that we will design ourselves using illustrator. We will also create a social media account too and have them all linked to one another. 
         We all signed a contract for our group on Monday. We did this because we needed to ensure that all team members would participate effectively and to make sure we all did our specific roles and jobs. We decided to always meet on Monday to discuss and work as a group on our project and also on Tuesdays because we felt that two days a week would be efficient enough for now. I, myself took on the role of creating and drawing graphics using illustrator. We will use these graphics to support our existing content on the website. Others were given the role of making a mock-up of the website for our prototype and another writing the script for the interviews and making a brief video of one of the interviews. Overall we feel that we are on the right track to the making of our prototype and we are currently working on the beginning of our prototype. We all feel very positive about what we're doing and feel that we are going in the right direction for our prototype.
